I’m currently working with the amazing team at Elastic. Previously, I had worked as a consultant on a number of cross-functional agile teams working on a wide range of SaaS products, including an embedded notification inbox, a homeschooling platform, a crypto-democratizing micro-task marketplace, and an innovative and National Science SBIR funded Teaming platform to facilitate collaboration at scale.
I have also walked the startup hyper-growth path with the Product Design team at Typeform as the company doubled three times in under four years. My role transformed from Senior Designer to Lead, then Design Manager and Head of Product Design. Reporting to the CDO, I lead the product design team as it grew from three to eleven full-time designers, plus contractors. This master class in adaptability was transformative and included navigating a complete redesign of Typeform, a new brand, and developing the Product Vision.
